It is all in the details! Planning your trip, whether bucket list or a quick weekend away, should be (almost) as fun as the trip itself. We are here to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish and make traveling easier!

Interested in designing a trip with us? Please fill out our New Trip Inquiry Form. We will reach out to dive a little deeper into the details of your trip by taking the time to get to know you better. We will discuss your unique travel style, must-haves, wish list, and every other important detail that I need to understand what you and your travel companions are seeking to curate your travel proposal. We will collect our Consulting Fee at this time to secure our services.

Trip Design

Based on the information provided, we will begin designing your initial tailor-made itinerary. As no two travelers are alike, each of our itineraries are customized to our clients and designed specially for them. We will send you a detailed proposal that includes all the details of your trip, allowing you to visualize the proposal from takeoff to landing. We will work together to fine tune the details until we have created your dream tailor-made itinerary just for you.

Time to Book!

Once we have perfected and fine tuned the details of your itinerary, we will confirm all of the reservations. Payment and your trip’s Terms and Conditions will be included in your proposal. All of the confirmation details will be added to your final itinerary along with our “insider knowledge” and travel tips for the destinations you will be visiting. Prior to takeoff, we will reconfirm every piece of your itinerary and be in contact with the hotels to make sure they know a special guest is arriving. We obsess over every detail throughout the trip so you don’t have to!

Pack Your Bags

Bon Voyage! It’s time to depart for your curated trip with your passport and personalized itinerary in-hand (including our itinerary mobile app)! You may have taken off but we are here if you need us while you are traveling, along with our partners on the ground. We love seeing trips come to life through our clients eyes and encourage you to share photos on social media so we can follow along. Simply tag us @myhiddenjules.
